“Aviation is facing great uncertainty as the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic becomes apparent. However at some stage scheduled airlines will no doubt start operating again, although in possibly reduced circumstances and at a gradual pace. We’ve produced a guide for pilots returning to flying duties covering the need to get into the ‘headspace’ of flying beforehand. It gives guidance on how to look after the physical, cognitive, emotional and relationship changes that will happen when flying duties recommence.”
