Essential Requirements

  • Good knowledge of organisational, safety and human performance;
  • Ability to translate these skills across different industries, including construction, aviation, farming & agriculture, nuclear, energy, utility providers, emergency services, etc;
  • Demonstrable experience of consulting with senior leadership teams and board rooms;
  • Ability to translate tactical findings/observations into strategic improvement activity;
  • Enjoy working in large, complex and dynamic working environments;
  • Strong desire to improve safety;
  • Excellent communication and people skills.

 

 

 

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience of construction industry;
  • Strong working knowledge of HSE legislation/regulation;
  • Registered Membership or Chartered status of a recognised institution;
  • Business Development experience;
  • Good report writing skills;
  • Proficiency with the MS suite of Office software;
  • Proficient with MS Teams;
  • Experience as a classroom instructor/facilitator;
  • SMSTS;
  • Willingness to travel.
